Free2move is seeking a Legal Counsel focused on Business Law & Data Privacy to join its Paris-based legal team. You will handle day-to-day contracts—B2C/B2B, terms, SaaS, and technology agreements—while leading the data privacy program under GDPR and global rules.

You will advise across Marketing, IT, and Procurement, develop templates, and ensure compliance in digital projects (e-Privacy, DSA, DMA, AI).

Qualifications

• Master of Laws (LL.M or equivalent) in Business, Digital or Data Protection law.
• 4+ years post-qualification experience in law firm or in-house role with international exposure.
• Experience negotiating IT, B2B/B2C contracts and data privacy/IT law matters.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of B2C and B2B agreements (car-sharing terms, T&Cs, payment solutions, SaaS).
• Advise on mobility and contract law; improve contracting processes.
• Oversee GDPR/global data privacy compliance program, DPIAs, SCCs, data retention, breach procedures.
