Euroclear recherche un Conseiller Juridique ESES qualifié pour renforcer son équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal aura entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience en marchés de capitaux et gérera les aspects juridiques des entités ESES tout en collaborant avec divers avocats au sein du groupe. Le rôle implique des responsabilités variées allant de la réponse aux questions juridiques quotidiennes à la rédaction de contrats complexes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 ans d'expérience pertinente en marchés de capitaux.
• Expérience en droit des sociétés ou dans une division juridique interne de banque ou cabinet d'avocat.

• Gérer les questions juridiques au quotidien concernant les actions d'entreprise.
• Adviser les clients internes et offrir des analyses juridiques.
• Rédiger et négocier des contrats avec différents intervenants.

We are looking for a Frenchqualified lawyer with a first experience in Capital markets or related securities issuance, settlement or custody business.

You will be a member of the Legal Division of Euroclear SA, which is the holding company of the Euroclear Group. Together with an international group of lawyers, you will provide support to mainly the ESES CSDs entities: Euroclear France, Euroclear Belgium and Euroclear Nederland. You will also have the opportunity to support the other entities of the group and work with senior lawyers across the division.

Your main responsibilities will be to handle legal aspects of ESES CSDs such as:

• day-to-day business queries (related to the legal treatment of . corporate actions, new issues or settlement activity)
• contractual matters
• regulatory matters

You will also assist with projects which are mostly internationally orientated and can relate to settlement, corporate actions, collateral management or corporate law.

Role

As ESES Legal Advisor, your tasks will include:

• advising (internal) clients with day-to-day business queries
• providing legal and regulatory analysis and advice with respect to the existing or new service offering of the ESES CSDs
• cooperating with the lawyers of different Euroclear Group entities for transversal items
• participating in the legal training offering
• drafting and negotiating contracts with service providers, counterparts and clients.

Technical skills

We are looking for a lawyer with a degree from a French university:

• with a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the capital markets or similar relevant experience (. experience in securities issuance, settlement or custody business) preferably gained in the in-house legal division of a bank, broker or other financial institution or in a law firm
