• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support the France, Benelux, and LATAM regions. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Senior Legal Counsel for the region.
2. Providing legal counsel on complex transactions and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT-related contracts, including software/cloud agreements, professional services, partnerships, and NDAs.
4. Collaborating with internal teams such as Deal Desk and Revenue Recognition, as well as external counsel.
5. Managing litigations and pre-litigations with the support of outside counsels.
6. Overseeing compliance matters related to anti-corruption, data privacy (GDPR), and export controls.

Qualifications:

1. French-qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE in software, cloud, or SaaS, preferably in an international environment.
2. High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
3. Strong experience in commercial contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
4. Familiarity with the software industry.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
6. Ability to balance legal and business priorities in a dynamic global environment.
7. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
8. Ability to work effectively in a complex international environment.
