The ideal candidate is strategic, autonomous, and possesses knowledge in contract law with a strong ability to communicate in English and ideally in French.

• Previous experience in contract review and negotiations.
• Fully proficient in English; ideally in French.

About the Role

As our Legal Counsel, you will be assisting with the following tasks:

• Contract review of all types of contracts and legal operations
• Monitoring legal topics related to AI, such as IP and privacy
• HR operations and labor law matters

About You

You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative to solve problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are keys to success in our decentralized organization. You have knowledge of US contract law, privacy, and IP, with previous experience in contract review and negotiations. You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken, and ideally in French too.
