Ce rôle nécessite la révision de contrats variés, la surveillance des lois concernant l'IA et le traitement des questions de droit du travail. Le candidat idéal sera autonome, communicatif, et possédera une expertise en droit des contrats et en propriété intellectuelle.

Qualifications

• Connaissance approfondie du droit des contrats US et des lois sur la vie privée.
• Expérience préalable en révision et négociation de contrats.
• Autonomie et capacité à travailler dans une organisation décentralisée.

Responsabilités

• Réviser tous types de contrats et opérations juridiques.
• Surveiller les sujets juridiques liés à l'IA.
• Traiter les opérations RH et les questions de droit du travail.

About the Role

As our Legal Counsel, you will be assisting with the following tasks:

1. Contract review of all types of contracts and legal operations.
2. Monitoring legal topics related to AI, such as IP and privacy laws.
3. Handling HR operations and labor law matters.

About You

You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative to solve problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative as these are the keys to succeed in a decentralized organization like ours. You have knowledge of US contract law, privacy, and IP, and previous experience in contract review and negotiations. You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken, and ideally in French too.
