About the Role

As our Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:

• Contract review of all types of contracts and legal operations
• Monitoring legal topics related to AI, such as IP and privacy
• HR operations and labor law matters

About You

You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but can also be nimble, pragmatic, and creative in problem-solving. You should be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are key to success in our decentralized organization. You have knowledge of US contract law, privacy, and IP, with previous experience in contract review and negotiations. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required, and proficiency in French is an advantage.
