Legal Counsel - Europe

A global IT/cybersecurity leader is seeking a Legal Counsel to support commercial transactions across Europe.

Location: Based in Paris with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS, licensing, services, and channel agreements.
2. Advise on legal risks and ensure compliance across business functions such as sales, marketing, HR, and finance.
3. Support data privacy, regulatory, and intellectual property matters as needed.
4. Collaborate on legal process improvements, including automation, templates, and adoption of new technologies.
5. Contribute to internal policies, training, and governance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Legally qualified, with 3+ years of experience in commercial law (preferably in a tech company or law firm).
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus.
