We are working with a financial services company in Zurich that is looking to hire a legal counsel to manage all legal issues for the business.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the organisation is compliant with relevant laws and legislation, as well as implementing appropriate policies and procedures.

Other notable responsibilities include drafting & negotiating commercial agreements, monitoring GDPR, and providing legal consultation to the board of directors.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires its people to be able to thrive under pressure. In order to be successful, you will need to be commercially minded and quick thinking in order to provide quality solutions to problems as and when they arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of legal experience in a banking/finance environment, a Master of Laws degree, and will speak fluent English and German.
