Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure en révision de contrats et en négociations.
• Connaissances des sujets juridiques concernant l'IA: propriété intellectuelle, protection de la vie privée.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et idéalement du français.

Responsabilités

• Réviser tous types de contrats et opérations juridiques.
• Réaliser une veille juridique sur l'IA et sujets connexes.
• Contribuer aux opérations RH et au droit du travail.

About the Role

As our Legal Counsel, you will be assisting with the following tasks:

• Contract review of all types of contracts and legal operations
• Legal watch on various legal topics applied to AI: IP, privacy
• HR operations and labor law matters

About You

You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative to solve problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are keys to succeed in a decentralized organization like ours. You have knowledge of US contract law, privacy, and IP, and previous experience in contract review and negotiations. You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken, and ideally in French too.
