1. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS, licensing, services, and channel agreements.
2. Advise on legal risks and compliance across business functions such as sales, marketing, HR, and finance.
3. Support data privacy, regulatory, and intellectual property matters as needed.
4. Collaborate on legal process improvements, including automation, templates, and adoption of new technologies.
5. Contribute to internal policies, training, and governance initiatives.

Qualifications:
