Une entreprise innovante recherche un conseiller juridique pour gérer la révision de contrats, superviser les questions de propriété intellectuelle et assurer les opérations juridiques en matière de droit du travail. Ce poste autonome nécessite une forte capacité analytique et une maîtrise de l'anglais, ainsi qu'une connaissance du droit américain.

Qualifications

• Connaissance du droit américain, y compris le droit des contrats et la vie privée.
• Expérience en révision de contrats et négociations.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais oral et écrit, idéalement aussi en français.

Responsabilités

• Révision de différents types de contrats et opérations juridiques.
• Surveillance juridique sur des sujets liés à l'IA comme la propriété intellectuelle et la vie privée.
• Gestion des opérations RH et des questions de droit du travail.

About the Role

As our Legal Counsel, you will be assisting with the following tasks:

1. Contract review of all types of contracts and legal operations
2. Legal watch on various legal topics applied to AI, such as IP and privacy
3. HR operations and labor law matters

About You

You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative to solve problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are keys to succeed in a decentralized organization like ours. You have knowledge of US contract law, privacy, and IP, and previous experience in contract review and negotiations. You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken, and ideally in French too.
