A leading company in the AI field is looking for a Legal Counsel to manage contracts and provide legal oversight on matters involving AI and intellectual property. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiations, be proficient in English and ideally French, and demonstrate strategic and pragmatic problem-solving skills in a decentralized organization.

• Autonomous, independent, and communicative.
• Fully proficient in English, ideally also in French.

About the Role

As our Legal Counsel, you will be assisting with the following tasks:

• contract review of all types of contracts and legal operations
• legal watch various legal topics applied to AI: IP, privacy
• HR operations and labor law matters

About You

You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative to solve problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative as these are the keys to succeed in a decentralized organization like ours. You have knowledge of US contract law, privacy and IP, and previous experience in contract review and negotiations. You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken, and ideally in French too.
