  • Assist with intellectual property portfolio management, coordinating filings, renewals, and monitoring activities with external IP advisors.
  • Conduct legal research and regulatory monitoring in relevant areas including data protection, AI, cybersecurity, and GDPR, and prepare written summaries and briefings for the legal team.
  • Assist with corporate governance documentation, including preparation of board materials, compliance filings, and maintenance of corporate records.
  • Support risk management activities by identifying and escalating potential legal issues arising in business operations.
  • Assist with the coordination of external legal advisors — preparing briefs, gathering factual information, and managing correspondence.
  • Support M&A and fundraising activities by assisting with due diligence document review, organization, and tracking.
  • Maintain and continuously improve legal department workflows, contract templates, and knowledge base resources.
  • Assist with monitoring legal developments and assessing their potential impact on company operations, under guidance of senior legal team members.
