Description du poste

Resilience Care, a major player in remote patient monitoring, is a French company founded in 2021 with a mission to provide better care. The company offers remote monitoring solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry deployed routinely for 35,000 patients in more than 200 healthcare facilities and as part of more than 20 academic and industry clinical studies. Resilience Care puts data at the service of care and therapeutic innovation with the ambition of enabling every patient to benefit from personalized medicine.

The Legal Department supports the business across negotiation, contract management, privacy, regulatory monitoring, and internal governance, with a strong focus on pragmatic, operational legal support.

Your role

For a 4–6 month internship starting in September, you will join the Legal team to help structure day-to-day legal operations, support contract work, and produce clear, practical materials that enable internal teams to move fast while staying compliant.

Your impact: streamline legal support workflows, improve documentation reliability, and make key legal topics easier to understand across the company (contracts, privacy, compliance).

What you’ll do day-to-day
  • Legal Operations & Knowledge Management — core mission.
  • Help structure and improve the Legal Department’s ways of working and interacting with other teams, including identifying and implementing high-impact AI use cases for legal ops and contract work.
  • Contribute to legal knowledge management by creating training materials and user-friendly guides.
  • Review contracts (customers, partners, vendors), including data protection and intellectual property clauses.
  • Help improve contract templates and adoption.
  • Maintain the contract register.
  • Support data protection (GDPR) by collecting and analyzing information on new processing activities and vendors.
  • Maintain the Record of Processing Activities, sub-processors list, and privacy documentation.
  • Analyze regulatory updates and turn them into actionable guidance.
  • Support AI Act implementation in coordination with Quality and Cybersecurity teams.
Your team
  • Legal Counsels: Lucile and Mathieu.
  • Manager: Maurice – Head of Legal.
  • Team culture: enjoys food and traveling.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong fit: Show a strong interest in legal operations and tooling, be curious about tech, data, and regulatory topics, analyse and synthesize legal information into clear takeaways, write clearly in French and English, support contract work, understand GDPR fundamentals, organise documentation rigorously, and use collaborative tools such as Notion and Google Workspace.
  • Preferred experience: Curiosity about AI with a pragmatic approach, strong communication skills and stakeholder management, autonomy with sound judgment, and currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Law, Engineering, or Business School (or equivalent) with an interest in IT and legal ops.
Why join us?
  • At the center of Legal team structuration, not just supporting tasks.
  • Real legal ops experience.
  • Learn how to deploy AI responsibly in a legal department.
  • Help internal teams master legal concepts through training and practical guides.
Hiring process
  • Screening call with Elena – 20 minutes.
  • Manager fit with Maurice – 45 minutes.
  • Case Study with Lucile – 30/45 minutes.
