Une entreprise technologique internationale recrute un Apprenti Juridique pour son équipe juridique commerciale à Paris. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de soutenir les organisations de vente en fournissant une assistance juridique, notamment sur les NDA et les accords de services. Les candidats doivent avoir un Master 2 en droit et posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais. Ce rôle permettra de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et international.

Qualifications

• Vous devez avoir un Master 2 en droit des affaires ou droit informatique.
• Un stage précédent dans un département juridique d'une entreprise IT serait un plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribuer au bon fonctionnement des organisations de vente.

Salesforce is hiring a Legal Apprentice on our French Commercial Legal team based in our Paris office. Salesforce Commercial Legal team provides business-oriented transactional legal support to accelerate growth and protect Salesforce, serving as trusted advisors who ensure legal compliance and enable strategic objectives in the digital labor revolution, while contributing to innovation, governance agility, and ethical practices. Role Description

You'll be actively contributing to the smooth operation of our Sales organizations in France and potentially across EMEA and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the team in various tasks, to help support the sales and professional services organisations such as handling routine legal support on RFPs, reviewing and possibly negotiating NDAs, SOWs, assignment agreements, standard amendments, work on pre-litigation matters or situations, and to help with translation when needed. You will also work on projects aimed at scaling the way we work: contributing to updates of our content library, contributing to drafting standard operating procedures, etc.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Master 2 in business law or IT law with a “contrat d’apprentissage”
• Empathy, curiosity, enthusiasm- you want to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & French
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills applied to legal, business and operational issues
• Ideally some knowledge of Data Protection law (including GDPR)
• Adaptable, pro-active and resilient with a desire to continually learn and develop professionally
• Interest in tech and digital services in general
• Team spirited and collaborative attitude
• Previous internship(s) in the Legal department of an IT company, or of an international company, would be a plus but not a must
