Ayvens – Legal Apprentice

• Department: Central Legal Department
• Report to: Celine Castillon-Valero

Subsidiary of Société Générale, Ayvens is a global sustainable mobility player providing full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to a client base of large corporates, SMEs, professionals and private individuals.

Ayvens Holding is responsible for the development of the group and of the supervision of its activities in 41 countries where it is implanted. It brings a technical support for subsidiaries thanks to its role of coordination and helps to create synergies between countries and regions.

Your team

The Central Legal Team, operating out of Rueil-Malmaison and Amsterdam, consists of 25 lawyers, each bringing specific expertise to the legal department (i.e. contracting, finance, corporate, competition, digital, ESG …). We are a dynamic team, supporting all business units in Ayvens (HQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Contract and Legal Advice Assistance: Help with the preparation and review of contracts and legal advice on different matters.
• Corporate Tasks: Provide support for various internal processes, support in corporate matters and assist with various formalities (certification of signatures, apostille, legalization etc.).
• Document Management and Archiving: Support with structuring of the legal folder and with file management and archiving of legal documents.
• Legal Operations Support: Assist with legal watch review (and assessment of the impacts) and provide general support to the Head of legal for Regions

Skills & Experience Required

• Attention to Detail: Precision in handling legal documents and confidential data.
• Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of contract and corporate law
• IT skills: Comfortable with and tools (e.g., MS Office, e-signature platforms).
• Communication Skills: Clear communication, both written and verbal, with internal stakeholders (including in English).
• Proactive and Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to support the team, follow up and contribute to legal initiatives, including social and internal legal events.
