How will you contribute?
You will join the legal team and report directly to Ms Caroline ROCH.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad range of agreements, including consortium agreements, licensing agreements, provision of services, NDAs, etc.
  2. Advising on Data Protection: supporting the DPO in its advisory role, drafting data protection policies and processes, reviewing related documentation (contracts, notices, etc.), promoting a data protection culture within LIST, and participating in GDPR training programs.
  3. Providing expertise in areas such as intellectual property, European state aid regulations, and public procurement.
  4. Developing internal legal documentation for LIST and maintaining a legal watch in relevant fields.
  5. Identifying, analyzing, and solving problems within your area of responsibility.

Education
  • Master's degree in law, with a focus on IP and/or Data Protection.
Experience and skills
  • First professional experience, preferably in intellectual property, data protection, and commercial matters, including contract negotiation.
  • Skilled in drafting general contracts.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and ethical.
  • Excellent internal client orientation.
Language skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset.
