How will you contribute?
You will join the legal team and report directly to Ms Caroline ROCH.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad range of agreements, including consortium agreements, licensing agreements, provision of services, NDAs, etc.
- Advising on Data Protection: supporting the DPO in its advisory role, drafting data protection policies and processes, reviewing related documentation (contracts, notices, etc.), promoting a data protection culture within LIST, and participating in GDPR training programs.
- Providing expertise in areas such as intellectual property, European state aid regulations, and public procurement.
- Developing internal legal documentation for LIST and maintaining a legal watch in relevant fields.
- Identifying, analyzing, and solving problems within your area of responsibility.

Education
- Master's degree in law, with a focus on IP and/or Data Protection.
Experience and skills
- First professional experience, preferably in intellectual property, data protection, and commercial matters, including contract negotiation.
- Skilled in drafting general contracts.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and ethical.
- Excellent internal client orientation.
Language skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset.
