Job summary

We are seeking an Assistant Junior Designer intern to join CHANEL’s Studio in Paris. Reporting to the Senior Designer, you will contribute to Capsule and Croisière collections, assist in leather goods design and collaborate with the team on concepts.

You will develop skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with exposure to 3D work and material development, while supporting M.B. meeting preparations and supplier communications. English fluency is required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/MA degree in Fashion Design and strong design and product sensitivity.
• Ability to propose creative ideas; curiosity and proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing leather goods for Capsule Collection.
• Brainstorm with the design team on new ideas, concepts and designs.
• Research, sketches,Photoshop, 3D work, material development and animation work.
• Communication with suppliers and preparation MB meetings.
