Within the Group, you will join the Group Learning department, responsible for defining strategic challenges and the training strategy for the entire AXA Group.

Within this department, you will join the GIE Learning & Development team, responsible for training GIE employees, reporting to the L&D Manager.

Your role and daily missions:

The Training Officer's role is to develop employees' skills by aligning with the training and HR strategies. You will work closely with departmental teams and Learning Partners to design, organize, and implement training based on identified needs to enhance individual and team performance.

Daily missions include:

  • Participating in cross-functional projects to design tailored training programs using diverse pedagogical methods.
  • Monitoring the evolution of professions and educational tools to enrich training offerings.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in internal reports and social data, collaborating with Learning Partners for training plan follow-up.
  • Collaborating with the Training Manager to develop and improve training content for GIE employees.
  • Coordinating and deploying internal and external training activities, including logistics.
  • Working closely with Learning Partners, Group Learning teams, and HR on cross-functional topics.
  • Gathering feedback from trainees to improve programs.
  • Engaging with communities to promote training initiatives.
  • Interacting with service providers.

Your Profile

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of the professional training environment and pedagogical proposals.
  • At least 2 years of experience in training module design or educational engineering.
  • Familiarity with training plan management and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
  • Understanding of e-learning platforms and innovative educational technologies.
  • Project management skills.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Interest in new learning technologies.
  • Curiosity and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation interest.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
