Your work environment
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. Within the Group, you will join the Group Learning department, responsible for defining strategic challenges and the training strategy for the entire AXA Group.
Within this department, you will join the GIE Learning & Development team, responsible for training GIE employees, reporting to the L&D Manager.
Your role and daily missions:
The Training Officer's role is to develop employees' skills by aligning with the training and HR strategies. You will work closely with departmental teams and Learning Partners to design, organize, and implement training based on identified needs to enhance individual and team performance.
