Description du poste

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Learning Experience Designer to join our Education Experience team. A team of learning experts that define learning methods and standards, contributing to the transformation of L-Acoustics as a learning organization, facilitating career path and onboarding of new talents in a dynamic and quickly growing organization with a strong culture.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of instructional design principles, be proficient with digital authoring tools, and have a passion for technology-driven learning.

The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that are:

  • Engaging – the learner will be motivated to complete the whole course
  • Effective – cover the necessary material in a meaningful way
  • Transformative – ultimately, it helps learners acquire new skills and knowledge

The Learning Experience Designer works hand in hand with Education Programs Designers each operating on one of 5 themes (Sound, Industry, Business, Digital & AI, Human Skills). The Learning Experience Designer will be appointed to specific education programs throughout the program lifecycle, from the inception to the definition and design and through to roll-out and maintenance over time.

Need analysis & feedback management:

  • Analyze learners’ needs and preferences to tailor digital content
  • Create assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness and learner performance
  • Modify and revise existing digital learning materials based on feedback and assessment data

Design and develop interactive multimedia content, and other learning materials:

  • Develop storyboards and scripts for interactive multimedia learning materials
  • Utilize a variety of software to create visually engaging graphics, videos, interactive simulations, and other digital assets
  • Responsible for translation of digital content using automatic translation tools and validation by experts

Interactions:

  • Interact closely with education programs designer and sponsors to define learning needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and education programs managers to design engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Work with graphical and motion designers for advanced graphical resources

Participate in the transformation of L-Acoustics as a learning company:

  • Onboarding education programs manager from the métier teams having limited pedagogy experience
  • Supporting subject matter experts & sponsors in understanding their role in a course development process
  • Developing trainers to master their role in different learning formats and experiences

Education standards:

  • Contribute to the definition of education standards at L-Acoustics
  • Maintain knowledge of current digital learning trends, technologies, and tools
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards in all digital learning materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards

Participate in the development of our Digital Education Platform based on 360 Learning solution:

  • Online digital platform for trainees, trainers, learning designers, and training center managers
  • Online community management of more than 14,000 L-Acoustics employees, partners, customers, and end-users

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology or a related field
  • Native or proficiency in English
  • Experience in learning
  • Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Proficiency with digital authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
  • Excellent visual design skills and ability to storyboard
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts / video scripts
  • Thrive in a dynamic cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
  • Autonomous, highly organized, and rigorous
  • Very good didactic approach and writing skills
  • Attention to details and quality of finished work
  • Good social and communication skills
