Job Description

At Ubisoft’s International Headquarters, you will join the HR Transversal Tech Team, consisting of around 25 members working with the Ubisoft Tech departments, which currently employs nearly 3,200 people worldwide. You will specifically join the Talent & Development team and report to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director.

As a Learning & Development assistant, you will support the L&D partner in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives within the organization. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to align programs with business objectives and add value to our tech teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in developing and organizing face-to-face and virtual programs on various Learning & Development topics, including soft skills, management, and hard skills.
  • Support initiatives such as onboarding new employees, skills development, managerial support, and user engagement.
  • Manage program logistics: coordinate participants, communicate about trainings, organize speakers, facilitate workshops, and handle bookings for rooms and catering.
  • Maintain L&D dashboards to ensure visibility and monitor program success.
Qualifications
  • Higher education student with a background in HR, with a genuine interest in Human Resources and project management; initial experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills; excellent written and oral communication.
  • Dynamism, versatility, and autonomy are essential qualities for this work-study program.
  • Strong organizational skills and rigor.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Miro or Klaxoon is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English.
