At Ubisoft’s International Headquarters, you will join the HR Transversal Tech Team, made of around 25 people working with the Ubisoft Tech departments which currently employs nearly 3,200 people worldwide. You will specifically join the Talent & Development team. You will report to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director.
As Learning & Development assistant you will support the L&D partner for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives within the organization.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align learning and development programs with business objectives and bring value to our tech teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment process
If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to scheduled a phone exchange in order to determine if you’re the job description matches your profile, but also to what you are looking for.
If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.
Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.
