Murex Learning is a global team responsible for conducting learning needs assessments, designing, developing, purchasing, and delivering learning experiences to the Murex ecosystem (internal employees, clients, and partners), covering all learning modalities (remote, in-person, digital).
The Paris Learning team consists of around 10 people and is organized into two sub-domains. The team is responsible for ongoing and impactful collaboration with business stakeholders to address learning needs through consultative interactions, and for overseeing the deployment of employee, client, and partner learning experiences. Additionally, the team handles the design and development of learning content.
As a Learning Business Partner for the EMEA region, part of the Learning Operations Team based in Paris, you will be responsible for one or more specific departments of Murex.
Your missions include:
In addition, you will actively contribute to various learning projects such as Murex University, Artificial Intelligence, ESG, and process optimization across regions (APAC, AMER, EMEA).
• Graduated with a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with strong knowledge of French legal aspects related to learning.
• Proficiency in adult learning theories and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders of varying seniority levels professionally and add value.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and English (all training materials are in English).
• Excellent French writing skills for creating documentation for legal purposes (e.g., CSE reports).
• Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and judgment skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interact courteously and professionally with a diverse group of employees, vendors, and leaders.
• Passionate about data analytics and process improvement.
• Autonomous, collaborative, and team-oriented.
