Position: Training Coordinator (Toulouse)

We are seeking a Training Operations Coordinator for our France team. This role supports NIIT’s operations in France and reports to the Training Operations Manager. The coordinator acts as the primary contact for local stakeholders, overseeing all activities related to training session delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing training needs provided by the client and planning the number of sessions required per course and location.
  2. Organizing training sessions based on trainees’ expectations and schedules, ensuring smooth execution.
  3. Coordinating with the Indian team for any updates or changes to training programs.
  4. Supporting training activities by monitoring attendance and invoicing as needed.
  5. Ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to an international work environment.
  • High-level understanding of the training landscape in France.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
