LEAP - Global Business Process Owner - Source-to-Contract & Supplier Master Data

Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Owner Source-to-Contract & Supplier Master Data tasked with designing and building the "Source to Contract" processes within Pernod Ricard's ERP system. This role focuses on establishing robust frameworks for master data management, sourcing management, and supplier risk assessment to enhance procurement efficiency and mitigate risks from the initial sourcing phase through to contract execution.

Your key missions

• Source to Contract Process Design: Lead creation of comprehensive 'Source to Contract' workflows within the ERP system, ensuring processes are streamlined, transparent, and efficient from supplier identification to contract signing.
• Master Data Management: Oversee the definition and design of supplier master data model, and management framework, ensuring accuracy and consistency in supplier information across the procurement cycle.
• Sourcing Management: Design and implement ERP-supported sourcing strategies that optimize supplier selection and performance metrics.
• Supplier Risk Assessment: Develop a framework within the ERP for ongoing supplier risk analysis, focusing on financial stability, compliance with regulations, and adherence to sustainability standards.
• Contract Management Integration: Ensure the ERP system supports efficient source-to-contract processes, and work closely with integration team to implement these processes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, Tech, legal, and operations teams to ensure the 'Source to Contract' processes align with broader business strategies and compliance requirements.

You hold a Master's degree at engineering or business school with a major in procurement .

You have 10 years' professional experience in procurement , especially in FMCG. You already worked on a major company transformation .

Mandatory technical skills: Supplier and Product Master Data knowledge and expertise; E nd-to-end p rocurement process management; K nowledge of procurement improvement and standardization of principles and approaches.

SAP Savvy is a nice to have, especially SAP S4 HANA.

You are fluent in English. French or Spanish would be a plus.
