LEAP - Global Business Process Manager - Product Master Data

We are seeking a Global Business Process Manager – Product Master Data to play a key role in ensuring that product-related processes and data within the ERP system are accurately defined, designed, and developed. This role requires deep expertise in the company’s product lines, including lifecycle management and regulatory compliance, to enhance product management, data structure for MDM, and ERP system reporting capabilities.

This position is based at The Island, our central Paris office.

Your key missions:

1. Product and Material Data Management: Lead the strategy for managing comprehensive product data for the MDM and within the ERP system, including Bill of Materials, lifecycle stages, and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy & accessibility.
2. ERP System for Product Management: Collaborate with business and ERP teams to identify needed product management capabilities, design processes, and oversee their development and implementation within the ERP.
3. Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Ensure product data within the ERP system complies with industry regulations and standards, implementing processes for regular updates and audits.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, production, and marketing teams to ensure ERP product data supports cross-functional needs and initiatives.
5. Data Quality and Governance: Establish data governance policies and quality control measures for product data, ensuring ongoing integrity and compliance, with support from data teams.

• SAP familiarity is a plus
