LEAP – Global Business Process Manager Delivery

Position: Global Business Process Manager Delivery within Order to Cash process teams, responsible for designing and overseeing logistics processes from supply to customer order fulfillment within the ERP system. This role ensures effective supply chain management aligned with business strategies and customer expectations.

Your key missions include:

1. Logistics Process Design and Integration: Contribute to designing logistics processes within the ERP system, ensuring end-to-end integration towards customer order fulfillment, focusing on optimizing the connection between F2S and O2C processes.
2. Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee supply chain activities such as supplier selection, procurement, inventory management, and transportation to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
3. ERP System Optimization for Logistics: Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to configure the system for real-time visibility into the supply chain, stocks, order tracking, and delivery management.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, warehouse management, sales, and customer service teams to address bottlenecks and ensure a cohesive logistics approach.
5. Customer Order Fulfillment Strategies: Develop strategies within the ERP to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including order prioritization and delivery scheduling.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Master's degree in engineering or business.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management, operations, warehouse management, and transportation (including 3PL), with supply chain optimization.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory.
