GC Aesthetics in France seeks a Lean Manager to lead transformational initiatives across operations, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision making in a highly regulated medical device environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance to deploy Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, build dashboards, and elevate performance while supporting growth in an international setting.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required in a related field and evidence of continuous improvement focus.
  • Experience in leading transformation initiatives within regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision capabilities.

Responsabilités

  • Develop and deploy operational excellence strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across the value chain and lead transformation projects.
  • Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Drive initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Map, standardize, and continuously improve critical business processes.
  • Deploy Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure process governance and best practice implementation across teams.
  • Define, monitor, and report key operational KPIs.
  • Build performance dashboards and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify trends and recommend corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure adoption of new ways of working.
  • Coach and train teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead multidisciplinary improvement projects from identification through implementation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on operational performance and transformation opportunities.

We are looking for an Lean Manager to lead transformational initiatives and drive sustainable performance improvements across our operations.

As an Lean Manager you will play a strategic role in enhancing operational performance and supporting business growth.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, optimizing inventory and working capital, reducing waste, and strengthening overall organizational effectiveness.

Working cross-functionally, you will champion a culture of operational excellence and help embed Lean thinking and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

What You Will Do
Operational Excellence & Transformation
  • Develop and deploy operational excellence strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across the value chain and lead transformation projects.
  • Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Drive initiatives focused on productivity, cost optimization, quality, and operational efficiency.
Process Optimization
  • Map, standardize, and continuously improve critical business processes.
  • Deploy Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure process governance and best practice implementation across teams.
Performance Management

Change Management & Capability Building

Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead multidisciplinary improvement projects from identification through implementation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on operational performance and transformation opportunities.
Education
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement are a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, or a similar role.
  • Proven success leading complex transformation and performance improvement projects.
  • Experience in the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
  • Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Solid project and change management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
