Liebherr is offering a 12-month internship at the Bulle site to join our Lean transformation. You will support Lean initiatives, analyse processes, and develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement across production and administration.

You will collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering and other departments, applying 5S, value stream mapping, and digital tools. A Master’s in engineering plus Lean knowledge will help you succeed.

Formación

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Lean or Six Sigma qualifications welcome but not required.
• Experience or interest in industrial processes and improvement projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support Lean Manager in implementing Lean roadmap at the Bulle site.
• Analyse and visualise on-site processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering and other departments on Lean methods (5S, VSM).
• Develop shopfloor management with KPIs and visual management boards.
• Contribute to change management and gather feedback across departments.
• Analyse process data to evaluate improvements and leverage digital tools and AI applications.
• Lead improvement projects from problem analysis to handover with guidance.
