Greif, a global leader in packaging, is seeking an Ingénieur Amélioration continue to drive lean initiatives in our manufacturing operations in France. You will analyze processes, map workflows, and help reduce waste while delivering measurable improvements.

You will join cross-functional teams, prepare reports, and help standardize best practices across sites. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience are expected, with strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, tools and methodologies.
• Ability to apply Lean to optimize performance and operations.
• Strong data interpretation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports planning and execution of Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collects and analyzes data to identify performance trends and gaps.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to implement solutions and monitor results.
• Conducts process mapping, time studies and root cause analyses for moderate issues.
• Prepares reports and recommendations to communicate findings and progress.
• Contributes to standardizing best practices across manufacturing sites.
• Monitors project implementation to ensure timelines and standards are met.
