Overview of the Position

Your priority is to ensure work is carried out respecting safety rules and deadlines. As a leader, you also serve as the technical deputy for the site manager. Otis is expanding and looking for a site leader (M/F) to join one of our entities located in La Rochelle.

During a typical day, you will need to:

  1. Install Otis's new technologies across your equipment fleet to improve safety, reliability, comfort, and aesthetics.

  2. Perform repairs or maintenance on existing elevators across various building types, adapting components as necessary.

  3. Carry out wiring and ensure the adjustment of brakes and doors.

  4. Assist the site manager with technical tasks.

  5. Organize work tasks in the absence of the site manager.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

To succeed, you will need:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in repair or installation, preferably in the elevator sector.

  2. Strong skills in electrical, electrotechnical, and mechanical fields.

  3. Comfort with electronic and digital tools.

  4. A professional committed to safety.

  5. Good communication skills and ease in interactions.

  6. Curiosity, adaptability, and ability to work independently or in a team.
