Job Description

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team ensures secure and efficient access to VWT's IT resources, managing user identities and access across all systems. Our key objectives encompass:

  • Reliable IAM Operations: Maintaining the stability and performance of our identity platforms.
  • Streamlined Onboarding/Offboarding: Automating and optimizing user lifecycle management processes.
  • IAM Project Delivery: Executing projects that enhance our IAM capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Security: Working closely with security and application teams to ensure robust access controls.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of identity and access management systems.
  • User Lifecycle Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems.
  • Access Control: Implement and enforce access control policies.
  • Authentication and Authorization: Manage authentication and authorization systems.
  • Directory Services: Manage Active Directory and other directory services.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies related to identity and access management.
  • Incident Response: Respond to and resolve incidents related to IAM.
  • Automation: Implement automation solutions for user provisioning and access management.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of IAM engineers.
  • Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional IT teams for effective IAM practices.
  • Community Animation: Cultivate the IAM community across regions.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with identity management solutions.
  • Experience with access control models.
  • Core IAM Technologies: Experience with Ping, Google Workspace, and Active Directory.
  • Access Management: Expertise in SSO, MFA, and third-party identity integration.
  • Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM): Knowledge of CIAM solutions.
  • Identity-Centric Security: Familiarity with identity-based encryption and biometric authentication.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Entitlements Management (CIEM): Understanding of CIEM principles.
  • Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR): Knowledge of ITDR and SOC operations.
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI): Experience with PKI concepts.
  • IAM Governance and Administration: Expertise in IAM program governance.
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM): Understanding of PAM principles and solutions.
  • Cloud IAM: Experience with cloud IAM migration and security best practices.
  • Zero Trust Security: Knowledge of Zero Trust principles.
  • Emerging IAM Trends: Familiarity with IAM considerations for IoT and DevSecOps.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Proven ability to contribute to RFP processes.
  • Migration and Implementation: Experience managing migration from traditional networks.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • 10 years experience mentoring technical teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with external partners and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

10+ years of experience in identity and access management.

Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.).
