Nokia in Massy, Île-de-France, invites you to join its Research & Innovation team to push the boundaries of wireless technology. You will contribute to 5G-Advanced and 6G research, shaping future mobile standards and key radio resources.

The role focuses on measurements, requirements, and the development of advanced simulations. You will lead technical efforts, collaborate across teams, and drive innovative concepts from idea to PoC while upholding strong ethics and teamwork.

Qualifications

• As a candidate, you have a strong technical background in wireless communication and experience innovating mobile radio networks.
• Solid knowledge of mobile standards including 3GPP and ORAN.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing wireless system performance and developing simulators.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical development for new features, protocols, and standards in 5G-Advanced and 6G.
• Collaborate with a world-class team to advance 6G radio technologies and global standardization.
• Develop measurement requirements and evaluate performance via simulations and PoC data.
• Work with real and synthetic measurements from simulators and PoC systems.
