    • Define tunnel-wide growth strategies for your entire gaming portfolio.

    • Partner with studios to align on targets, timings, and tactics.

    • Own flawless execution—your team delivers, no matter what.

    Personally manage our top-performing games

    • Take direct ownership of UA for some of our highest-priority titles.

    • Set the standard for strategy, execution, and performance within the team.

    • Lead by example through hands-on campaign management and optimization.

    Boost performance, every day

    • Dive into campaign data to identify opportunities and signals.

    • Increase ROAS across channels through creative iteration and data insights.

    • Set up clear forecasting, pacing, and growth reporting.

    Collaborate to unlock growth multipliers

    • Partner closely with studios, product managers, creative strategists, data scientists and more.

    • Shape product decisions through a growth lens.

    • Test bold ideas and deploy innovative UA tactics across the portfolio.

Profile
  • Battle-tested in mobile gaming UA

    • 5+ years in performance marketing / UA, with real impact on high-scale mobile games.

  • Proven leadership experience

    • You've led and grown high-performing teams and know how to spot (and coach) top talent.

  • Paid acquisition expert

    • Mastery of major UA platforms: Meta, TikTok, Applovin, AdMob, DSPs…

    • Deep understanding of MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust), SKAN, and attribution dynamics.

  • Analytical & creative problem-solver

    • Comfortable navigating spreadsheets, statistical tools, and creative testing frameworks.

    • You know when to trust your gut—and when to trust the data.

  • Experimentation mindset

    • You think in test plans and incremental wins.

    • You structure learning loops that scale.

  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable

    • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus, but not a must.)
