Job Description:

Atida France is looking for a results-driven Lead Traffic & Performance Marketing to own and elevate our digital acquisition strategy, drive performance marketing initiatives, and maximize traffic quality and ROI across paid and organic channels. This role is critical in scaling our customer base while ensuring efficient media spend, strong campaign execution, and a data-driven approach to growth.

We’re seeking a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, is obsessed with KPIs, and has a track record of delivering scalable performance across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with the MMS team, commercial, CRM, analytics, and pricing team to align campaigns with our commercial strategy and growth goals.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Define and lead Atida France’s paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and optimize digital media budgets to ensure ROI-positive performance and CAC efficiency, in accordance with business strategies’updates
  • Constantly test and iterate new channels, creatives, and formats to unlock growth opportunities.,Implement and manage A/B testing frameworks across campaigns, landing pages,

2. Traffic Acquisition & Optimization

  • Drive qualified traffic to Atida’s digital storefront through paid, organic, and referral channels.
  • Ensure seamless campaign tracking and accurate attribution across channels and platforms.
  • Work closely with SEO and content teams to improve organic performance and visibility.
  • Analyze traffic quality, user behavior, and conversion funnels to continually improve performance.

3. Campaign Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns aligned with commercial events, supplier promotions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Work alongside MMS and creative teams to ensure ads are engaging, on-brand, and conversion-optimized.
  • Cooperate with Business to develop and manage retail media co-branded campaigns with external partners.
  • Coordinate with CRM to ensure seamless user journeys and personalized re-engagement efforts.
  • Own performance dashboards and reporting for acquisition metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
  • Translate data into actionable insights and present findings regularly to internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and experimentation to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Oversee and improve marketing tech stack, including tracking, attribution, and automation tools.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with hands-on media buying across paid search, social, and display.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and deep familiarity with marketing KPIs, attribution models, and budget management.
  • Proven ability to scale traffic while improving efficiency and ROI.
  • Experience in e-commerce or a fast-paced DTC environment is a plus.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and performance reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work across teams and with external partners or agencies.
  • A/B testing experience and proficiency in campaign experimentation.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
