ARHS Group is seeking an experienced Test Project Leader to coordinate testing for large-scale IT projects within a European Union Agency. You will ensure delivery of high-quality solutions meeting business and technical requirements, with strong test management and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, expertise in QA methodologies, and experience with modern testing tools and cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience leading large-scale testing projects.
• Experience in end-to-end testing in complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile testing practices and quality governance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across tech and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead all functional and non-functional testing activities across the project lifecycle.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Maintain Quality Management processes and standards.
• Review Test Summary Reports and testing evidence for stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-user testing (UAT) activities and acceptance criteria.
• Provide QA guidance and support to project teams and management.
• Chair testing progress meetings and report risks and results.
• Ensure testing practices comply with standards and best practices.
• Support testing in cloud-native and containerized environments.
