AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse is seeking an ERP / ARP Planning & Supply specialist to join the ARP Program, driving SAP core model elaboration and deployment across Airbus sites in a SAFe / Agile setup. You will cover demand management, MRP, procure processes, and supplier contracts management while collaborating with a multinational team.

Job Description

We are looking for an ERP / ARP Planning & Supply specialist (M/F) for Commercial Aircraft business to join our Airbus Resource Planning (ARP) Program based in Toulouse, France. The ARP Program is a cornerstone of Airbus's digital transformation and aims at optimizing our industrial processes and flows. You will be part of an international Multi-Functional Team driving SAP core model elaboration and deploying it across Airbus sites, in a SAFe / Agile framework. Your scope will encompass the Planning process, about demand management and MRP, the Procure process, focused on suppliers contracts management, and the Supply process, dealing with ordering execution.

Your challenges

• Act as team member in the Planning & Supply team, in an Agile framework
• Contribute to the delivery of the solution to meet customer needs while taking IT guidelines into account, specifically aimed at complying with SAP standards. Gather requirements, validate the proposed solution, conduct testing, and provide user documentation.
• Support the deployment of the processes and the solution, by performing activities such as change management, data migration, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Ensure the integration of Planning & Supply with other domains, such as Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, Shopfloor and Logistics.
• Collaborate with Operations stakeholders (key and end users), Process Owners and Information Management teams, from early discovery phase up to entry into service.

Your boarding pass

• Master’s degree in Informatics, Supply-chain, Manufacturing Engineering or Production.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace or complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence)
• Global supply-chain end to end business understanding. Planning & Supply detailed knowledge. Knowledge of additional domains and experience in Operations are a plus.
• Good command of SAP supply-chain modules. SAP certifications and S/4 proficiency are considered as a plus.
• Familiar with Project management and SAFe / Agile framework.
• Advanced level of English (mandatory). Proficiency in French, German and/or Spanish is a distinct advantage.

Vos challenges

• Agir en tant que membre de l'équipe Planning & Supply, dans un cadre Agile
• Contribuer à la livraison de la solution pour répondre aux besoins des clients tout en prenant en compte les directives SI, visant notamment le respect du standard SAP. Collecter les besoins, valider la proposition de solution, tester, fournir de la documentation aux utilisateurs.
• Contribuer au déploiement des processus et de la solution, en exécutant des activités de conduite du changement, de reprise des données, de basculement et de support post-démarrage (hypercare).
• Assurer l'intégration du domaine Planning & Supply avec les autres métiers, tels que la Finance, le Manufacturing Engineering, la Production (Shopfloor) et la Logistique.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes des Opérations (key users et utilisateurs finaux), les Process Owners et les équipes de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information, depuis la phase de cadrage jusqu'à la mise en service.

Votre carte d’embarquement

• Master / Diplôme d'ingénieur en informatique, supply chain, génie industriel (Manufacturing Engineering) ou gestion de la production.
• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'aéronautique ou un secteur industriel complexe similaire (ex. automobile, défense).
• Compréhension globale de la supply chain. Connaissance approfondie du domaine Planning & Supply. La maîtrise d'autres domaines et une expérience au sein des Opérations sont un atout.
• Maîtrise des modules supply chain de SAP. Les certifications SAP et la connaissance de S4/HANA sont un plus.
• Connaissance de la gestion de projet et de la méthodologie SAFe / Agile.
• Anglais courant indispensable. La maîtrise du français, de l'allemand et/ou de l'espagnol est un atout significatif.
