Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse Saint Martin, France, is looking for Systems & Equipment and Aerostructures Buyers to join a new program. You will lead sourcing activities from tendering through contract negotiation and monitor supplier performance across the life cycle to secure the best terms.

The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and collaboration across functions and countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in business relations managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build and execute strategic plans.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven team mindset and ability to work with people from different functions and countries.
• Negotiation level in English is required, fluent in French, Spanish language is a plus.
• This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
• Depending on the portfolio, French nationality may be required.

Responsabilités

• Manage the sourcing activity from tendering to contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements (Internal - External).
• Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achieve throughout the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...).
• Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks.
• Contribute to the Multi-functional / Multi-divisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.
• Attendance and active contribution to the Multi-functional team (MFT) meetings.

Job Description:

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for Systems & Equipment and Aerostructures Buyers (f/m) to join our project plateau based in Toulouse Saint Martin, France. As part of an exciting and challenging new upcoming military Program inside the Military Derivatives department of Air Power, we are building a brand-new team. If you want to be part of the launch of a stimulating, ambitious and thrilling new Program, that will help reinforce European sovereignty, we invite you to join us! To achieve this, we are currently looking for several Systems & Equipment and Aerostructures Buyers (f/m).

Your Challenges:

As a member of our team, you will develop and perform the following challenging tasks and concurrence activities:
