Airswift seeks a Lead Structural Engineer for offshore subsea projects in Paris. The role centers on installation aids, finite element analysis, and cross-disciplinary leadership to deliver complex subsea structures.

You will act as technical focal point, oversee resources and scheduling, and ensure timely document issuance while coordinating with geotechnics, installation, and materials teams. English and French required for global operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a structural engineer in offshore subsea structures.
Experience applying API 2A WSD, AISC 9th Edition, and DNV-ST-N001 for marine operations.
Strong hands-on experience with finite element analysis (ABAQUS) and SACS.

Responsabilités

Act as the focal point for the structure discipline on a subsea project.
Interface with geotechnics, installation, flowlines, and materials disciplines.
Provide leadership to the project structure team through training and validation of documents.
Manage project activity including resources, budget, and planning.
Ensure engineering documents are issued on time and reported to the project.
Perform autonomous work under supervision while coordinating across disciplines.
