Overview

Help us design and build the next generation of cybersecurity software with AI at its core. We are Eric & Rodolphe, co-founders of Glev, the autonomous AI AppSec agents that automate vulnerability management. We co-founded this start-up with CyGO-Entrepreneurs, the first and only cybersecurity venture studio in Europe. We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join Glev at a pivotal moment.

About the Role: As one of our early engineering hires, you'll play a central role in designing and building the core systems of an AI-native cybersecurity platform that will redefine how vulnerabilities are managed. You''ll work across the stack - from backend APIs to front-end experiences, infrastructure, and AI integrations - with a strong focus on delivering clean, scalable, and secure code. This role is for a senior builder who thrives on turning complex problems into elegant solutions, and who wants to work at the heart of a fast-moving, high-impact product. We''re remote-first, moving fast, and building for scale. Responsibilities and What You''ll Shape

• Design pragmatic, elegant solutions
• Translate real customer needs into robust, scalable software while balancing technical constraints and business priorities
• Build across the stack – backend (Python / FastAPI), frontend (React), AI integration, and infrastructure – following best practices for maintainability, performance, and security
• Own code quality and reliability – write comprehensive unit and functional tests, contribute to code reviews, and ensure smooth operation of production systems
• Secure by design – actively harden the application and improve its security posture
• Stay curious and share knowledge – engage in technical watch, experiment with new tools, and bring fresh ideas to the team
