Lead ML Engineer - UAV Defence Scale-up - Europe

They offer a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to lead a growing team of engineers focused on designing, developing, and deploying ML models that support real-time intelligence UAV solutions.

The role offers a flat structure without politics, allowing you to influence strategic decisions. Candidates should have a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or similar, and experience in the UAV/Drone/Autonomous Systems sector. Skills required include Python, C++, Java, or Rust, and best practices in software development (CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes).

You can work from the UK, Spain, France, or Portugal with fully remote options available (no sponsorship). Pay ranges from €100,000 to €120,000 plus benefits, depending on location and experience.
