YOUR ROLE As a Cybersecurity Lead Security Specialist, your role will be divided into aspects, requiring you to manage and integrate new services, products, or platforms for the SecOps team to operate effectively. In addition to managerial support, you will ensure the team can manage and operate these new services, products, and platforms. You will act as an SME for solutions owned and monitored by the Security department, envisioning their evolution and maintenance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Participate in the RACI elaboration and document processes with different project teams within our scope.
2. Act as an SME, reviewing configurations on EndPoint Security, PKI, Email Security, Microsoft Security Tools, WAF, IPS, and Privilege Access Management.
3. Identify and define system security requirements.
4. Provide third-level support, including evaluation, consultation, and solution implementation.
5. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and guidelines.
6. Train the team on new technologies.
7. Consolidate information into reports when necessary.
8. Stay updated on IT trends and security standards.
9. Collaborate across teams to promote security standards and act as a Cyber Security ambassador.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You can apply creative solutions in an evolving environment.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in IT and security.
• You possess advanced knowledge of Endpoint Security, WAF, PKI, Microsoft Security Tools, and Email Security platforms.
• You are experienced in risk assessment, tools, technologies, and methods.
• You understand standards, regulations, and laws like NIST, GDPR, and ISO.
• You can identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and advise on avoidance strategies.
• You are fluent in English and French.

Nice to have:

• Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Web Proxy, NAC
• Scripting skills
• Metric reporting skills
• Knowledge of SOC activities
• Understanding of SIEM
