YOUR ROLE
As a Cybersecurity Lead Security Specialist, your role will be divided into aspects. You will need to manage/integrate new services, products, or platforms for the SecOps team to operate them. Alongside managerial assistance, you will ensure that the team can manage and operate these new services, products, and platforms. You will act as SME for solutions owned and monitored by the Security department and envision its evolution and maintenance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Participate in the RACI elaboration and the documentation of processes with different project teams while respecting our team’s scope.
2. Act as an SME (subject matter expert) and continually review the configuration on EndPoint Security, PKI; Email Security; Microsoft Security Tools, WAF, IPS, Privilege access Management.
3. Identify and define system security requirements.
4. Provide third-level support, including evaluation, consultation, and solution implementation.
5. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and guidelines.
6. Offer team training on the upcoming new technologies.
7. Occasionally, consolidate information in reports.
8. Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards.
9. Work across teams to promote security standards and act as a Cyber Security ambassador.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. You can apply creative solutions to an environment in perpetual evolution.
2. You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology and the security domain.
3. You have advanced knowledge of Endpoint security, WAF, PKI, Microsoft Security Tools, and Email Security platforms.
4. You are also experienced in risk assessment and bring a good knowledge of tools, technologies, and methods.
5. You have a good understanding of standards, regulations, and laws like NIST, GDPR, and ISO.
6. You can identify and mitigate vulnerabilities as well as explain how to avoid them.
7. You are fluent in English and French.

• Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Web Proxy, NAC.
• Scripting skills.
• Metric reporting skills.
• Knowledge about SOC activities.
• Understanding SIEM.
