Homa is seeking a Lead Economy Designer (Hybrid RPG) to own the monetization design across multiple live RPG titles. You will shape how players earn, spend and engage, balancing the economy to drive revenue and long-term engagement.

You will collaborate with studios and publishing teams, translate complex economy frameworks into actionable guidance, and leverage data to optimize pricing, IAP and player value in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing core economy of a free-to-play RPG.
• Ability to translate data into economic decisions and roadmaps.
• Strong communication with distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Design scalable RPG economy systems across live titles.
• Own economic impact of product features and roadmaps.
• Define pricing, sink/source balancing and IAP strategies.
• Build economy simulations and data models end-to-end.
• Collaborate with studios and publishing teams to guide implementation.
