Motorsport Hackers is seeking a senior track operations lead to head a new programme and collaborate with the Motorsport Director on other initiatives. You will spearhead your own programme, working closely with drivers and technical teams to optimize performance from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Mechanical/Automotive/Motorsport Engineering and has 8–10 years in race or trackside engineering, with strong vehicle dynamics and data-analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in race engineering, trackside engineering or vehicle performance in motorsport.
• Good knowledge of vehicle dynamics, setup, data acquisition and analysis tools.
• Good understanding of the main vehicle systems.
• Formula E experience is a plus.
• Fluent English.
