The role involves analysing data, optimising car settings, and supporting the team during race weekends. This position demands availability throughout the season and a commitment to maximising performance.

Qualifications

As part of the preparations for the 2027 season, I'm looking for a motivated and experienced race engineer to join me in the Porsche Cup in the Porsche Sprint Challenge championship.

Profile required

• Solid data analysis skills (MoTeC, AIM, etc.)
• Ability to optimise chassis set‑ups and overall performance
• Excellent communication skills with driver and team
• Rigour, autonomy and a competitive spirit
• Availability throughout the season (testing + races)
