Alice & Bob is building the first universal fault-tolerant quantum computer based on cat qubits. We seek an Expert Optimal Control Scientist to design control strategies that maximize gate fidelity and error correction performance on the cat-qubit platform.

You will work closely with Chip Design, Performance Optimization, Calibration, and QEC teams, turning control-theoretic methods into measurable platform improvements—from simulation to deployment on actual cat-qubit chips.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field with strong emphasis on control theory or related domain.
• Experience implementing control strategies for dynamical systems.
• Ability to translate theory into engineering outcomes.
