About Our Client: Our client is a distinguished government advisory firm dedicated to enhancing global interests through strategic programme development and execution. We specialize in advising government entities, ministries, authorities, and state-owned enterprises across the MENA region and beyond.

Role Overview:

As an Account Lead for Integrated Projects, you will play a pivotal role in integrating strategy, policy, and communications to deliver impactful programmes for our government clients. Based in Dubai, Bahrain, or Saudi Arabia, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in crafting and executing comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership: Direct diverse experts to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives effectively.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build influential relationships with key stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and trusted advice.
  3. Team Leadership: Ensure team alignment with project goals, fostering skill development and high-performance standards.
  4. Commercial Success: Drive project delivery within scope, identify expansion opportunities, and secure client engagement for additional services.
  5. Business Development: Collaborate on generating leads, developing proposals, and delivering compelling pitches to prospective clients.
