Flückiger Electricité SA is seeking a Project Manager for Electromechanical Panels to lead end-to-end cabinet projects from design to commissioning. You will plan, schedule, and supervise assemblies, ensuring safety and quality on client sites while coordinating with skilled teams.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in electrical panel construction or equivalent, proven project leadership, and a proactive, autonomous work style.

Qualifications

• Federal diploma or equivalent in electrical panel construction.
• Proven experience in managing electrical panel projects.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety of team during delivery and commissioning at client sites.
• Plan assembly principles and operation of electromechanical cabinets per specifications.
• Develop detailed project execution plans with milestones and resource allocation.
• Supervise progress, quality assurance, and interim site measurements.
• Monitor labour and material costs with target margins.
