Flückiger Electricité SA is seeking a Project Manager for Electromechanical Panels to lead end-to-end cabinet projects from design to commissioning. You will plan, schedule, and supervise assemblies, ensuring safety and quality on client sites while coordinating with skilled teams.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in electrical panel construction or equivalent, proven project leadership, and a proactive, autonomous work style.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety of team during delivery and commissioning at client sites.

• Develop detailed project execution plans with milestones and resource allocation.
• Supervise progress, quality assurance, and interim site measurements.
• Monitor labour and material costs with target margins.

Well-established and rapidly growing regional company, Flückiger Electricité SA is active in several complementary fields of electrical engineering: electrical installations in buildings, infrastructure, maintenance, as well as design and production of switchgear assemblies and electromechanical panels.

At the heart of this activity, our Electromechanical Workshop located in Saint-Blaise represents a specialised and strategic sector of the company. It ensures the production of electromechanical panels and assemblies, from their design to their manufacture, assembly and installation, in close collaboration with our clients and technical teams.

To support the development of this sector and strengthen our team, we are looking for a

PROJECT MANAGER FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL PANELS

Mission:

• Ensure the safety of employees under your responsibility during delivery and commissioning at the client’s premises, complying with all site safety standards, client directives and electrical safety regulations;
• According to client specifications, plan the assembly principles and operation of electromechanical cabinets: component panel, front panel, equipment list and possibly schematic diagram, equipment plans according to current standards;
• Establish a detailed project execution plan (organisation and scheduling of personnel, equipment and project milestones), delivery and commissioning;
• Organise and plan project execution; supervise project progress and ensure quality assurance;
• Regularly visit and inspect the activities of team leaders, assemblers and apprentices under your responsibility; prepare interim measurements to estimate site progress;
• Ensure the preparation of amendments within a very short timeframe; ensure that work does not commence before receiving the validated order from the project manager;
• Manage the execution of work as well as financial monitoring: track labour and material cost allocation; ensure a minimum margin of 5 - 10%, detailed monitoring between planned and actual allocations, perform end-of-project forecasting;

Profile:

• Federal diploma as project manager in electrical panel construction or currently in training or equivalent qualification;
• Proven experience in managing electrical panel projects;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility;
• Rigor, analytical skills and flexibility;
• Team spirit, open-minded and innovative.
